Common Inquiries
What is included in a standard painting project?
Whether residential or commercial, our packages follow a rigorous workflow: thorough cleaning and surface prep, expert painting, detailed finishing, and a final defect check with precision touch-ups.
How do you handle large-scale property management projects?
We utilize a systematic modular approach, breaking down complex projects into manageable phases. This ensures minimal disruption to your business operations while maintaining strict quality control and timelines.
Do you provide color consultancy for asset managers?
Definitely. Apadana Painting exclusively utilizes premium Dulux paint, paired with a professional Dulux color sample guideline, to help you select the perfect palette with total confidence.
What is your typical turnaround time for Sydney projects?
Turnaround times vary based on the scale of the project. For most commercial properties, we aim to complete work within 10 to 14 days, depending on the scope and required surface preparation.
How do you ensure compliance with NSW Fair Trading standards?
We are fully licensed and registered with NSW Fair Trading. Our team adheres to strict safety protocols and uses only high-grade, non-toxic materials to ensure all work is compliant and safe.
Do you provide insurance coverage for commercial assets?
Yes. We are fully insured with a $20,000,000 Public Liability policy (QBE). This provides complete peace of mind for property managers, covering any accidental damage or injury that may occur during the project.
Do you repair cracks?
Apadana Painting professionally repairs all surface damage, including cracks, gaps, holes and imperfections. Our team handles filling, patching and sanding to deliver a clean, smooth and paint‑ready finish.
Do you paint apartments or unit?
Apadana Painting provides professional painting services for all property types, including commercial buildings, offices, factories, units, apartments and houses. If it needs painting, we can take care of it.
Can you paint on rainy days?
Of course for indoor. For exterior painting, however, we do not paint on rainy days or when surfaces are wet. Moisture can affect paint adhesion, drying time, and the overall finish, which may compromise the quality and durability of the job. To achieve the best possible results, we always recommend painting on clean, dry surfaces under suitable weather conditions. If rain is forecast, we'll simply reschedule the exterior work to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
What type of paint do you use?
We primarily use Dulux paints, one of Australia's most trusted and premium paint brands. Dulux offers an extensive range of colours and finishes, excellent durability, superior coverage, and products specifically designed for Australia's climate. This allows us to recommend the most suitable paint system for each project while delivering a professional, long-lasting finish.
If you have a preferred paint brand, we're happy to accommodate your request. We can also supply and work with other leading brands to suit your preferences, project requirements, or budget.
